Comment with what you think! 💪 @getfitwjessica: "It’s hard to believe that that picture on the left was me at one point, the weight didn’t just pop up all at once, I was heavy my whole life and I didn’t want to be that way anymore, I wanted to change, I wanted to be better and feel more confident, I didn’t want to be uncomfortable in my own body anymore. Over 300 pounds at the age of 19 is BEYOND dangerous as for it would be at any age, but having so many years ahead of me and being so over weight is scary. Little did i know that a year and a half later I would be where I am today, over 170 lbs gone with diet and exercise and losing this all on my own. Also, having so many of you supporting me and looking up to me and making me feel like I DONT EVEN KNOW HOW TO EXPRESS IT BUT ITS MORE THAN AMAZING and confident and pretty and motivated EVERY SINGLE DAY!!! That picture on the left was the old me, same personality but WAY more confident and it’s all because I decided to make a change. I’m telling you now, it never gets easy. Yes I love going to the gym and working out but there are days when I don’t feel like exercising. But knowing how bad I want to be a better version of the old me is everything I need to keep me going. Seriously, you all are FREAKING AMAZING, whether you have been following me since the beginning or just now finding out about my journey ILY AND TYTYTY SOOOO MUCH for EVERYTHING😭🙏🏽❤️" _____________________ @gymmotivation.gymlife

5. "Vor einem Jahr fasste ich den Entschluss, mein Leben zu retten ❤️"

One year ago today, April 27, 2017, I made the decision to save my life. ❤️April 27 also has a big significance that I didn’t realize until a few months ago. My starting weight on this date last year was 427 lbs…which is also the date 4/27. I did not plan it like that either!! 😊 But since then, I have lost 156 lbs! And I know I have said this before, but it’s not just about the weight loss; the life I’ve gained is so much more important. 🙏🏻 I am so excited for some of the big things I will be able to experience like riding a roller coaster/parasailing/ziplining, but really just the simple everyday things are even better… walking without having my ankles/feet swell or in pain, not being out of breath doing simple tasks (putting on my shoes, taking a shower, going up a flight of stairs), being able to go into a restaurant without worrying about fitting into a booth, walking into a room and not having to worry about chairs with arm rests, having my seatbelt comfortably fit me, having enough room and not using a seatbelt extender on an airplane, not having to use the big/handicap bathroom in public restrooms, being able to run errands and shop around the mall for hours, and just being able to walk confidently around my neighborhood or in stores without getting stares from people. All of these things may seem normal to many, but they are big struggles when you are morbidly obese. There is so much planning ahead and stressing about weight and size limits. Yes, I still have more weight to lose, but I am living a better life now. I want to do and experience so much! I am not a loud person, but I just want to shout it from the rooftops how happy and how much better I feel! 🤩😄 Don’t give up, keep going. 🏃🏼‍♀️No, it hasn’t been easy, but it’s worth it! 👏🏻💪🏻 Believe me when I say that my life is so much better now and I am SO excited for my future! . @gymmotivation.gymlife

7. "Zielgewicht: gesund & stark"

8. "Ihr seht den großen körperlichen Unterschied, aber der psychische Unterschied ist noch größer"

9. "Habt keine Angst, das Leben eurer Träume ist nicht weit weg"

Comment with what you think! 💪 @pubsilalalam: "I would like to thank you for all the information I have received from you at the end of the first year, but I have not been able to cope with it. Despite the ameliyata I made a choice of gigantic meals great food or 38 body clothes at that time the taboo 38 body clothes ❤️ some girls ornate nurse bende I am one of them very silent mourning mourning many thanks for reaching the goal thank you borçuyum 🙏🏼 now gone I feel emotional saturation everywhere I go while I am filled with tiny things in the neighborhood. I know that as a fat person I'm overweight I'm overjoyed to eat too much Do not ever be afraid The life you dreamed is not far away There's a lot of boots on my feet I know all the fat people know what it means 🙈 allahim no such happiness no 🙈 left 59.9 pounds -60 pounds but soul 55 I can not tell 😂😂😂😂😂 I have never been a good girl hla my stomach and chest are drooping but who cares how ya have not been so good ya I could have asked this forty person yesterday 🙈 my lovely friends and me energies and happiness are your constant partners. You have to give up something. Fight yourselves for the sake of living a healthy lifestyle, not lifelong diet, and do not be afraid every calorie thing you have not eaten will give your body peace of mind. I have taken so many belts that I think 5-10 years without a camel work before you start trusting yourself with your ugly belly I've always been proud I've got a cup or something on my back I've gotten from it I've gotta die from it I've gotten a turning point Everyone has big turning point Everything goes in the way of just eating before healthy eating and then sports 👌🏻👌🏻" _____________________ . @gymmotivation.gymlife

10. Fast 50 Kilo runter: "Ich sehe endlich meine Beine – wo diese verlorenen Kilos herkamen!"

Show Some love to: @rachellesjourney_ #vsg Weighed-in today at 146! That's 105 pounds lost! I am finally seeing my legs thin out which is where these pounds lost are coming from! My legs and butt have always been struggle spots and I'm just so glad and relieved they have finally decided to give up being so stubborn! 18 months ago, I set my goal weight at 135. It's a number I've always wanted to see on the scale since junior high! As my journey progressed and I sat around 175 for 4 months and then 162-165 for another 6 months, I was starting to think that maybe I had reached my max so I made a new goal to at least get to my 100 pound mark (151lbs). When I reached that goal a couple weeks ago, it felt unreal! And now to be just 11 pounds away from my original goal weight feels even more incredible! To give a little update on where I am right now.... because of some life events, my gym time has been a little non existent the past few weeks but I have stuck with my diet despite that and have stayed carb free and making sure especially that I don't eat carbs past 5pm! I wake up feeling and looking less bloated! I have also cut out all soda and energy drinks the past month! 😳 those who know me know I love my Monsters and Diet Coke. It has been so hard but the headaches I was getting were becoming a daily thing and it made me crave sugar ALL. DAY. LONG. Since cutting out these drinks, I have my cravings more under control and it's been a lot easier making smarter and healthier food choices. I encourage you, wherever you are, whatever nutrition or exercise program you are following, I encourage you to cut the soda and energy drinks and also cut carbs out at night. I am willing to bet and say you will feel and notice a difference almost instantly! ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀ ⠀⠀⠀⠀ --------------------------- @gymmotivation.gymlife .
